So here's my Starting picture and my measurements. Mini Goal is to weight 150lbs. Main Goal is to get 125 and see if 115 is healthy for my body type.

So there you go Day1-4... I ate, felt hungry, felt full...adjusted to the taste of diet soda, and found a "healthy" chocolate fix. Ate lots of fruit and veggies..and lots of chicken.
