Updating :)

I'm still doing the video....though not as much as I'd like. My birthday provided a lot of extra calories from cake and beer....which I will work out.

However i am a beautiful 163.8 :) woooo. One small step at a time.

I'm bacccccccccccckkkkkkkk!

Well I decided to try something new, and it's fun! I just got done with my HipHop Abs workout. It's awesome!

So Today I'll post my very embarassing tape measurements, and you can watch my progress with me.

Weight 166.2
Measurements that matter:

Arms: 11.5
Thighs: 23
Hips: 43
Stomach: 41

Vacation!

So we went on a trip to Louisana. Home of stuff that no one should eat everyday, and stuff that was absolutely yummy.... I was scared when I got home last night that weighing myself would prove to be a little irritating.

I was wrong!!!! I still lost 2 lbs last week. YAY!!!

~I'll tape myself tomorrow~ For now off to mow the grass!

Day 4!

I am starting this on day 4! I started my lifestyle change on Sunday August 17th, 2008. Tired of the "fat clothes", tired of feeling like a flight of stairs might kill me, and mostly tired of looking down and not seeing anything but my tummy. I started WeightWatchers, not formally as money is kind of an issue, soon perhaps I can join formally. I'm using their system, ipoints tool for iphones, and diet patches with their respective pills.

So here's my Starting picture and my measurements. Mini Goal is to weight 150lbs. Main Goal is to get 125 and see if 115 is healthy for my body type.

Hips 42.5
Bustline 35
Bust 43.5
Thighs 26
Arms 11.5

So there you go Day1-4... I ate, felt hungry, felt full...adjusted to the taste of diet soda, and found a "healthy" chocolate fix. Ate lots of fruit and veggies..and lots of chicken.
